Meet Rebecca Banghart
Founder & Principal Advisor
20+ years strengthening workforce capability, readiness, and resilience.
Rebecca Banghart is a workforce transformation and organizational capability leader with more than two decades of experience helping public and private sector organizations navigate change, build resilient workforces, and strengthen mission readiness.
​
Prior to founding Meridian Capability Group, Rebecca served in senior leadership roles across the federal government, including the Department of Homeland Security, where she helped advance innovative approaches to cybersecurity workforce transformation, talent management, learning strategy, and organizational change.
​
Throughout her career, Rebecca has worked at the intersection of people, mission, and capability, supporting organizations responsible for some of the nation's most critical functions.

Her experience spans healthcare, critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, workforce modernization, learning and talent development, and organizational readiness.
